Cómo comunicar tu Employer Brand en un sector altamente competitivo
Challenge
The technology sector is constantly evolving and growing, which has led to a high demand for talent around the world. Competition for the most sought-after technology profiles is fierce. GFT, a leading IT solutions consultancy, needed to find a way to stand out in the market and attract the best talent to fill the vacancies available in these in-demand disciplines.
Solution
From WTC, the employer branding authority, we developed TechTalents by GFT, a talent attraction campaign that sought to generate notoriety and traffic, focusing its storytelling on a clear insight within the current context: IT profiles are currently superstars, highly demanded. In a way, they have all companies at their feet and can ask for whatever they want.
Using a provocative and emotional tone to highlight their uniqueness, the campaign focuses on TechTalents, those IT profiles that stand out above the rest. They are exceptional individuals, distinguished by their passion and outstanding skills, and what better place than GFT for these talents to grow and develop?
The protagonists of the campaign were GFT’s own employees, who became the main brand ambassadors to communicate all the benefits of working at the consultancy firm and invite the best talent to join the company.
To increase its reach, Tech-Talents by GFT used a combination of paid and organic media. The campaign managed to establish an emotional connection with its target thanks to an effective communication strategy, in order to attract the best IT talent to the company. The campaign relied on different pieces (videos, social media pills, posters and trade show booths, among others) to reinforce its message.
Results
TechTalents’ campaign is proving to be successful, as it has generated a significant increase in traffic and the number of applications received through its ATS (Application Tracking System). Since its launch in October 2023, there has been a 700% increase in visits to the company’s careers page, and 26% of visitors have initiated the application process for available vacancies.
