How to create the employer brand of a great brand builder

Challenge

Puig is an international company in the world of perfumes and fashion that, having been born in Barcelona, and thanks to its ability to create brands and translate fashion brands into the world of fragrances, has been able to become a global company of reference.

The organization contacted WTC to collaborate in projecting externally the aspects of its unique culture such as its: creativity, innovation and ambition, conceptualizing its employer brand in a way that would be attractive in all the markets where it is present, and serve to incorporate highly qualified profiles in a sector in which large international brands operate.

 

 

 

 

Solution

At WTC, as experts in Human Resources Marketing, we set ourselves the goal of giving Puig the same entity as an employer brand as it has as a global brand. To do this we conducted a detailed investigation of the experience, a “Discovery” that allowed us to identify the pillars on which its EVP (Employee Value Proposition) would be based, to discover the main attributes as an employer brand, not only to attract the best talent but also the best talent that would fit with Puig’s culture and that could contribute the maximum value to the company’s business plans, to build a robust brand architecture that would allow us to conquer a territory.

Once we had found its pillars, we proceeded to the elaboration of the EVP and the development of a channel strategy by which through the integral implementation in existing and new channels we could communicate with candidates and employees. We applied the brand architecture to elements such as an employment website, audiovisual elements, social networks and to the different internal communication actions of the employer brand.

 

Solution

The proposal“A Unique Place to Create, Grow and Make and Impact” has been consolidated as the global communication platform that embodies our People Promise, which conceptualizes the employee experience aligned with brand values and establishes a framework for building a people brand at an international level in the different stages of the “people journey”.
